What's in a name?

We name our kids, we name our pets, some people even name their cars and their plants.  Names have meaning, provoke emotions, and bring back memories. What's in a name?  Everything.  

So...I decided to start naming my earring styles.  As many makers do.  Naming a style helps the maker and the wearer (is that a word) connect.  When a design makes a lot of people feel and look beautiful, it's going to stay around a while, it gets a name! 

I hope you enjoy reading the blog posts that tell the stories about the names behind the styles. It is my way of sharing this adventure with those that are an inspiration to me!
