Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase!!  If something is not quite right, you're welcome to return your item for an exchange within 15 days of receiving your item.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  The buyer is responsible to ship the item back to Cloudy Skies Design at 286 Rose Avenue, Fond du Lac, WI 54935.  We will help you find just the right item to replace your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
